Anna Lucille Mulqueen, 63, of Chloe, died on Friday June 4, 2021 at Roane General Hospital in Spencer.
She was born on January 26, 1958 in Poughkeepsie, NY, to the late Albert James and Carol May Shulman Cook, Jr.
Besides her parents, a son, Elias Sorokin, preceded her in death; Brother Paul Francis Cook.
Anna was a nurse who worked at Roane General Hospital in Spencer.
Survivors include her husband, Alex Vereshchak von Chloe; Daughters, Marie Davies from Sweden and Nina Jaworski from Bethlehem, Pennsylvania; Grandsons, Simon and Oliver Jaworski; Granddaughter Anneliese Davies; Sisters, Esther Marie Cook of Clay County, Mary Wildfire of Spencer; Louis Vincent Cook by Chloe.
A funeral service and funeral will be held on Sunday, June 6th at 12 noon at Bag End Farm, Chloe. Condolences are available at www.taylorfuneralhomeinc.com
