Dear members of the campus community,
The deadline for submitting the required booster documentation to the university was January 14, 2022 for eligible students, faculty and staff. For those who still need a booster vaccination, e.g. B. Those who have recently become eligible, we are hosting a clinic on campus next Wednesday, January 26th. This opportunity is ONLY available to students, faculty and staff.
We strongly encourage anyone who still needs a refresher to take advantage of this opportunity. Once you have received the booster, please make sure you Upload your documentation using the emailed instructions for students, faculty, and university staff. Receiving the booster vaccination at the on-campus clinic will not result in a status notification to the university (it will not be sent automatically).

Location: Butz Lobby of the Zoellner Arts Center
Registration: Please register here in advance and bring your vaccination certificate and a signed declaration of consent with you
