BETHLEHEM, PA. – After a nearly one-minute victory in Saturday’s race in Loyola, the Lehigh women’s varsity eight was named Patriot League Boat of the Week, as announced on Wednesday. The Mountain Hawks led the crew’s best and most consistent race of the year from start to finish.
Lehigh finished the 2,000 meter race in 7: 24.25 ahead of Loyola in second place (8: 20.34).
Both the Lehigh women and the Lehigh men return to action next Sunday, April 18, against Manhattan in Leonia, New Jersey
