BETHLEHEM, PA. – Lehigh’s game at Holy Cross, scheduled for March 20 at 1:00 p.m., has been canceled due to a positive COVID-19 test on Tier 1 of the Lehigh football program.
The Lehigh Holy Cross game was originally postponed after both programs were postponed earlier this week.
NCAA Tier 1 definition (PDF): Tier 1 is the highest exposure level and consists of people for whom physical distancing and face covering are not possible or effective during athletic training or competition. Examples of relevant people are athletes, coaches, sports coaches, physical therapists, medical personnel, equipment personnel, and civil servants.
