Women’s Basketball to close regular season with weekend series vs. American
BETHLEHEM, PA. – The Patriot League has announced rescheduled competition dates for Lehigh and American Women’s basketball programs. The Mountain Hawks and Eagles meet on Saturday February 27th and Sunday February 28th. The Bison Eagles weekend series was canceled on Wednesday due to a positive COVID-19 test on Tier 1 of the Bucknell women’s basketball program.
Due to the rescheduling last week, the Lehigh Lafayette series was postponed from February 27th to 28th because Bucknell was not available. If Bucknell could play this weekend, the bison would have had a home-and-home series against Lafayette.
American will host Lehigh on Saturday, while Lehigh American will host Senior Day on Sunday at the Stabler Arena. Both games will start at 2pm on ESPN +.
