BETHLEHEM, Pennsylvania – The Patriot League and INFLCR have formed an innovative multi-year partnership to empower conference attendees-student-athletes to share content and manage student-athletes Name, Image and Likeness (NIL) activities through the new INFLCR Verified Platform.

As we prepare for NIL opportunities to become available to student athletes, and Patriot League facilities are careful to provide training to our student athletes and staff, INFLCR Verified will provide the Patriot League facilities with comprehensive software that will guide the content strategy while providing compliance tools for employees and student athletes.

The Patriot League is the first NCAA Division I conference to offer league-wide support to its member institutions in partnership with INFLCR Verified.

“The opportunity to work with an industry leader like INFLCR is an exciting step for the Patriot League, our member institutions and most importantly, our student athletes,” said Patriot League Commissioner Jennifer Heppel.

“Our shared mission to prioritize the personal development and growth of our student athletes is fundamental. This partnership will provide our student athletes and institutions with tangible tools to realize their full potential.”

The partnership includes the department-wide use of INFLCR and INFLCR Verified for all institutions of the Patriot League.

“This new partnership with the Patriot League is unique and innovative in that it will help all institutions at the conference prepare their departments for the NIL era,” said Jim Cavale, CEO of INFLCR.

“By providing a department-wide INFLCR-verified solution for each institution in the Patriot League, the conference is leading the way and empowering all student athletes in the Patriot League to build their brands and learn about the new opportunities coming from NIL.”

INFLCR: content delivery and branding

Student athletes, coaches, staff and other brand ambassadors will have access to photos, videos and graphics produced by the member institutions and made available via the INFLCR software and mobile app for sharing on their personal and team social media channels . This access gives every student athlete the opportunity to share their story and expand their brand.

The relationship will also leverage INFLCR’s existing partnerships with USA Today IMAGN Photography and Atlantic Records Music to bring national media content to conference members for editorial use.

INFLCR Verified: Compliance and Training Resources

INFLCR’s software provides transaction monitoring for student and athlete commercial activities conducted by INFLCR-audited companies, visible through the INFLCR compliance ledger.

The ledger automatically pulls information from the Compliance Exchange, an in-app integration hub that allows student athletes to see INFLCR-approved companies and opt for third-party NIL transactions when available and allowed by official guidelines .

For transactions that are not automatically recorded by the INFLCR Compliance Exchange, student athletes have the option of reporting transactions themselves in the INFLCR app.

Student-athletes have access to educational video resources in the Storyteller Playbook, which features ongoing NIL and branding strategy content from a variety of athletes and industry experts.
