Bethlehem City Council approves ordinance that will limit student housing for the sake of South Side neighborhoods

The borough would be on the northeast and northwest sides of the university campus and bordered on the west by Eighth Street on the south, Hess Street on the west, and Cress Street on the north. and on the east side of Thomas Street to the south, Pierce Street to the east, and Morton Street to the north.
