Boston University has won the last three meetings with Lehigh and owns a 12-8 edge in the all-time series. The Terriers won last season 80-74 in Boston on Jan. 22, 2022, and by the same 80-74 count at Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, on Feb. 5.
