Mountain Hawks to Close Out Fall Season at Alabama A&M Fall Classic

BETHLEHEM, Pa. – The Lehigh men’s golf team will close out its fall schedule at the Alabama A&M Fall Classic, Monday and Tuesday at Robert Trent Jones Hampton Cove in Huntsville, Ala. The Mountain Hawks enjoyed a strong October and will be looking to finish their fall on a high note.

The Mountain Hawks are coming off a second place finish at their Lehigh Invitational, Oct. 21-22 on the Grace Course at Saucon Valley Country Club. Senior Daniel Song was the individual medalist and earned his second Patriot League Golfer of the Week award of the season.

Lehigh’s October also featured a team title at Binghamton’s Matthews Auto Intercollegiate and a match-play victory over Lafayette.

The Alabama A&M Fall Classic will feature 10 teams: Alabama A&M, Alabama State, Arkansas-Pine Bluff, Bethune-Cookman, Chicago State, Evansville, Lehigh, North Carolina Central, Prairie View A&M and Tennessee State.

Six Mountain Hawks will be in action in Alabama: Song, seniors Sam Barton and David Hurly, junior Edmund Broderick and first-year Jake Roth will be the scoring team, with sophomore Aidan Oehrle competing as an individual.
